Private Personal Training
Private training is a one-on-one session work with certified personal trainer, massage therapist and athletic trainer aimed at an individual’s total training, life, health, fitness and recover goals to create a training or treatment program specifically for them. - Define how to fuel the body appropriately for exercise, proper rest and recover for optimal health and wellness
- Focus on correcting years of chronic pain
- Prescribe right anaerobic and aerobic work throughout his week
- Implement a balanced approach weight training, stability exercises and some high-intensity training
- Teach and coach sports-specific skills and injury prevention measure
